16 Effective Home Remedies And Tips To Control Hair Fall!

Today one of the most common problems is the hair fall and the problem here is not the actual hair fall but the lack of knowledge about how to treat this condition, and you can do that really easy and simple.

1. Amla (Indian gooseberry)

Get the following ingredients:

4-5 Indian gooseberries
1 cup virgin coconut oil

Preparation:

All you will need to do is to boil the gooseberries in the oil until the oil is black.

Use:

Leave it to cool and after that with this oil you should massage your scalp and to let it act for 20 minutes and then to wash your scalp and hair with shampoo just like you are doing it every time. Take this kind of a bath in the morning and to that twice weekly.

2. Methi (fenugreek)

Just get 1 cup of fenugreek seeds and soak that cup in the water and let it stay over the night. In the morning you should make a paste with grinding the seeds and you should make a paste that is ground and spreadable. That paste should be applied on the hair from the root to the tip afterwards to be covered with shower cap. You should be like that for the next 50 minutes and at the end to wash it with cold water. Do this before taking your morning bath and do that for one month.

3. Beetroot

Get the following ingredients:

A few beetroot leaves
-1 tablespoon henna

Preparation:

Start with boiling the beetroot leaves and boil until the water is half its quantity. After that you will need to grind the leaves and to add the henna and with that a paste should be formed.

Use:

Apply that paste on the scalp and let it act for 20 minutes and at the end with water, rinse. Do this before taking a bath in the morning, doing it 3 to 4 times weekly.

4. Chinese hibiscus

Get the following ingredients:

10 Chinese hibiscus flowers
2 cups virgin coconut oil

Preparation:
The hibiscus flowers should be added into the coconut oil and you should heat them up. Strain the mixture and collect the oil when the flowers are charred.

Use:

At night apply this oil and in the next morning wash your hair thoroughly. 2 to 3 times of this method every week for one month will get you the desired results.

5. Egg white mask

Get 2 eggs and break them into a bowl but make sure you separate the egg white from the yolks. Now mix the egg white and until you get a thick mixture. Now you will need to apply it on your scalp and hair with the help of hair dye brush and with a shower cup to cover your head. Let it act for 20 minutes and with cool water in combination with mild shampoo, rinse. Do this in the morning before or after taking your bath and do it 3 times weekly.

6. Coriander juice

Get 1 cup of freshly chopped coriander leaves and water as much as you will need to make the paste. Start with grinding the coriander leaves and form a paste with the help of water. From the paste afterwards you will need to extract the juice. Apply it on your hair and scalp with the help of hair dye brush and let it act for 60 minutes and at the end just wash your hair with shampoo like you regularly do. Do it in the morning 2 to 3 times weekly.

7. Potatoes

Get the following ingredients:

1 teaspoon honey
1 potato
1 teaspoon water

Preparation:

Start with washing the potato and peeling the skin. Now into small pieces cut the potato and to get the puree blend it. Into a bowl afterwards strain the puree with the help of muslin cloth and add the rest of the ingredients and mix it.

Use:

On your hair and scalp apply this mixture and let it act for half an hour. At the end wash it off with mild shampoo. Do this once a week, in the morning.

8. Coconut oil massage

You will need 2 tablespoons of virgin coconut oil. Start with heating the oil. Now you will need to apply the oil on your hair roots and scalp gently and to massage it circular motions. Let it act over the night or at least half an hour and at the end shampoo as you regularly do. Repeat this until you start noticing the improvements.

9. Green tea

Get 2 green tea bags and 2 to 3 cups of hot water. Into the water add the tea bags and until the water cools down, wait. After that remove the tea bags and rinse your hair with the water. Into your scalp massage the water. Do this 3 to 4 times weekly, in the morning after washing your hair. Do this procedure for two weeks.

10. Lemon juice

You will need 2 to 3 lemons and 1 cup of warm water. Start with cutting the lemons and squeeze the juice out. With the help of muslin cloth, strain the juice into a bowl and add the warm water and mix it. You will need to pour this mixture over your scalp after you have washed your hair. Massage while doing that and let it act for 5 minutes and with cold water, wash it. Do it in the morning 1 to 2 times weekly.

11. Onion juice

Get 1 onion and a cotton ball. Extract the juice from the onion and into the juice dip the cotton ball and apply it on your scalp and make sure that from the root to the tip is covered. Let it act for half an hour and at the end with cold water rinse it off. Do it in the morning and repeat it 2 to 3 times weekly for one month.

12. Licorice root

Get the following ingredients:

1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of ground licorice root
1 teaspoon saffron

Preparation:

Into the cup of milk add the rest of the ingredients and mix them.

Use:

Apply the mixture on the bald areas before going to sleep and over the night let it act. In the morning after waking up wash your hair. Do this procedure 2 times weekly.

13. Greek yogurt

Get the following ingredients:

juice from 1 lemon
2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon of honey

Preparation:

In a bowl add the ingredients and form a paste.

Use:

Apply it on your hair roots and scalp with the help of hair dye brush and let it act for half an hour and with cold water at the end, rinse it off. Do it before taking a bath and do it once weekly.

14. Coconut milk

You will need 1 cup of coconut milk. With the help of hair dye brush, apply the coconut milk on your scalp and with a towel cover it. Leave it like that for around 20 minutes and after that with cold water, rinse it off. Do it before taking a bath in the morning, with repeating it only once weekly.

15. Neem (Indian lilac)

Get about 10 to 12 dry neem leaves and a vessel containing water. Start with boiling the leaves until the water is halved. Now wait for the mixture to cool and after that rinse your hair with that same mixture. Do it once weekly and do it after you have washed your hair.

16. Aloe Vera

You will need a leaf of the Aloe Vera plant. Just extract the pulp content from the leaf and before you massage the pulp into your scalp wash your hair. Massage with circular motions and after that for about 15 minutes let it act and with cold water, rinse it off. Do this in the morning after you have washed your hair with repeating it 3 times weekly.
