9 Signs You’re Overstressed (And Don’t Know It)

1. Sleeping Issues

If your sleeping patterns are out of balance and you are deprived of sleep due to fatigue, it is very likely that you are overstressed.  Look for the root cause for these issues and try some relaxing practices to reduce stress, such as healthier diet, exercise, mediation, or yoga.

Then three to four months later, sometimes longer, all those resting hairs are shed. The effect can be alarming. The types of events that disrupt the normal hair cycle can be caused by the substantial physiological stresses on your body.”

3. Mood Swings

Stress has significant impact on the hormones, so you are likely to experience mood swings.  Sometimes, stress may even lead to addictions, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorders, and other mental disorders.

4. Weight Fluctuations

Stress may both slow down the metabolism and cause weight gain or cause appetite loss and lead to sudden weight loss.  In case you experience any unexplained weight change, look for the root cause and the proper treatment.
